Time: 19:00 REVIEW: I visit London every month and I always dine at this cosy Thai restaurant twice per visit. I love its ambience, food, price and the waitstaff are ever friendly! The moment you are escorted to your seat, a small basket of Thai Fish Crackers will instantly be presented upon your table, by another vigilant server, and this is complimentary! That is also the best fish cracker I ever had and the waitstaff are always generous at offering me second helping! | TOPIC: Library 2.0
| | | with Cokie Anderson, MLIS, Oklahoma State University (US) | | RESTAURANT: Maggie Jones 6 Old Court Place 020 7937 6462 Old English cuisine and atmosphere Time: 19:00 REVIEW: This unique restaurant is tucked away in a little one-way street by the Kensington Fire Station, close to the popular retailing area of Kensington High Street. It has been a Kensington stalwart for many a year, and lots of people find that it is their kind of English restaurant, warm and comfortable in atmosphere, though others think that it could do witha little bit of updating, but then that is possibly the secret of its charm. | TOPIC: Federated Search
| | | with Host TBA | | RESTAURANT: Sopranos 183 Kensington High Street 020 7937 2458 Italian Time: 19:00 REVIEW: I've been back to Sopranos several times over the past few years, and it always impresses. Despite the location on the pricey High St Kensington, the food is great value, and always appetising. REVIEW>: The atmosphere is modern and informal, and the menu reflects Italian heritage with a nod to local favourites. Try the starter of bruschetta, main course of escalope milano, or fish and chips and trad puds. There are also stone-baked or deep-pan pizzas. | TOPIC: Open Access
